Fortem Technologies provides an expert building services risk analysis and equipment verification check to customers.

The company developed a mobile app primarily with the function of reducing risk and monitoring all types of building services ranging from Fire protection to Water control but not limited. The app can be tailor-made to include any potential customer requirements.
The Fortem app allows you to keep track of all your building services that you have signed up for at multiple locations. The app provides for the following two direct risk analysis of any building service:

a) The live status of each building service registered displaying a healthy and fault status.
b) Inspection forms of each service registered these are completed on physical site
inspections or audit.

The Fortem app has the ability to alert you on the live status of your registered building services whether in alarm or fault at each of your site locations. These alerts are registered through the app sending out alarms to users. The app provides a history of all types of alarms registered to date to allow building owners to produce an analysis of their systems.

Inspection forms with specialized questions have also been developed into the app to allow for all physical site checks/audits and services of equipment. Reports are generated from these inspection forms which are automatically emailed to building owners and also remain accessible to the building owner through the app to ensure a record of past system inspections.

The app allows either building owners to complete their own inspections or any other service provider inspections required at a particular time interval. Reminders are automatically sent when the next inspection due date has arrived.
Inspection sheets consist of a list of questions pertaining to the interval or period of inspection required. The app is simplified with a YES or NO response to gain an overall instant picture, however this has not been limited as an allowance was made to add in an extra note or picture to substantiate your answer if required.

On completing the inspection form, you will be required to sign off the inspection form to confirm the system integrity and works completion.
